The Association Of Innovative Dentistry (AID) is a multidisciplinary group dedicated to the next generation of dental professionals from across the industry including all dental specialities, dental technicians, hygienists, and office staff. We are dedicated to innovation, incorporating all facets of dentistry, to advance the profession and benefit the patients we serve. Our mission is to bring together the best and brightest of our profession and provide our members with opportunities for dialogue, education, advancement, and improvement of all aspects of dentistry through meetings, seminars, communications, publications, and other programs and activities.

Anyone in the dental field (including lab technicians) are welcome to join the organization!

Members gain access to exclusive study clubs, continuing education courses, networking events, mentorship opportunities, early access to new dental technologies, and collaborative research projects.

We host events year-round — typically one large happy hour and two smaller dinner lectures each quarter, for a total of about 12 events annually.

Yes. AID has an annual membership fee of $195, which helps support our events, resources, and operations.

Yes, many of our dinner lecture are CE-accredited and help fulfill your state licensure requirements.

Yes, students and residents are welcome to join as associate members and receive discounted access to events and mentorship programs. Please reach out to us for more information.

AID partners with startups, academic institutions, and technology providers to pilot new tools, share clinical insights, and explore emerging treatment modalities.
